These Overlocker needles are made with a special flat shank for the close confines of your overlocker’s moving parts. The scarf area also creates a larger needle thread loop, which is more easily grabbed by the loopers. Check your overlocker’s instruction book, or maybe a sticker on your overlocker, for your specific system code, but generally most modern overlockers will run with these needles.
