At Mike’s Sewing Machine Repairs, we are proud of our community-based store, and our range of products for your sewing room. While we make every effort to maintain an accurate inventory for our online products, occasionally we may not have a product that you have ordered. If this is the case, we will contact you ASAP with advice as to how long this product will take to arrive and be delivered to you. Of course, if waiting does not suit your needs, we will happily refund your purchase price, and postage where no other products are being posted to you.
We reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale should an error occur with online pricing, and should this happen, we will again happily refund your purchase price, and postage where no products are being posted to you, with our apologies.
For all orders, we use Australia Post, and standard postage does not include insurance. While we will take all reasonable care to package your purchase for a safe delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer any guarantees. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your purchase, please contact us to arrage a quote for this. You can pay for this additional insurance over the phone in addition to your order.
Please choose your purchase carefully, as we can not refund if you change your mind. You are, of course, entitled to all standard Australian consumer protections. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery on: 0417 649 685 so that we can resolve your concerns. If we find that there is a problem with your product, we would be pleased to exchange it or offer you a refund, at our discretion, once the product is returned to us. Return postage is at your expense, and we ask that the product is wrapped with care for a safe delivery, and is in an unused condition. It is important that we receive your returned item in a timely manner so that we can pursue it with suppliers, and ask that it is posted back to us within 21 days of original delivery. Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be considered if you have not contacted us prior to posting your product back.
