I took my PE770 into Mikes Repair shop as it was acting up and being very naughty. Mike fixed it up brilliantly and even quicker than what he told me it would take. Would defiantly recommend to others.

Every visit to Mike & Penny has been pleasant and the service outstanding. I can not thank Mike enough for his help today. I bailed him up first thing in the morning when he opened and he went out of his way to accommodate me urgently with a thread jam in my embroidery machine. Fixed it so quickly and I was on my way. Woohoo! Once again Mike and Penny have cared for my Brother sewing machine. The service was exceptional.... and the price excellent.. and best of all the machine is back sewing on my table!
