I have had a problem with my machine that is on my quilting frame, penny and mike did not stop helping until it was completely solved. Even though it was not a mechanical issue they kept researching and found the solution. I am so greatful, thanks guys

Woohoo! Once again Mike and Penny have cared for my Brother sewing machine. The service was exceptional.... and the price excellent.. and best of all the machine is back sewing on my table! Every visit to Mike & Penny has been pleasant and the service outstanding. I can not thank Mike enough for his help today. I bailed him up first thing in the morning when he opened and he went out of his way to accommodate me urgently with a thread jam in my embroidery machine. Fixed it so quickly and I was on my way.
