Every visit to Mike & Penny has been pleasant and the service outstanding. I can not thank Mike enough for his help today. I bailed him up first thing in the morning when he opened and he went out of his way to accommodate me urgently with a thread jam in my embroidery machine. Fixed it so quickly and I was on my way. It's running like a dream again. Without Mike helping me today I would not have been able to finish some pressing projects this weekend. Very accommodating and appreciated, thank you so much
