Mikes sewing machine repairs! Thank you so so much. My machine is back on my table and I couldn’t help but get straight in to an outfit. It is running better than ever! Customer service, communication and service is A++++!!!

Every visit to Mike & Penny has been pleasant and the service outstanding. I can not thank Mike enough for his help today. I bailed him up first thing in the morning when he opened and he went out of his way to accommodate me urgently with a thread jam in my embroidery machine. Fixed it so quickly and I was on my way. It's running like a dream again. Without Mike helping me today I would not have been able to finish some pressing projects this weekend. Very accommodating and appreciated, thank you so much

Mike has serviced & repaired my machines for over 5 years now. Mike has had extensive training straight from the machine companies and I feel there would be no problem he couldn't diagnose and fix. I have always been completely satisfied with his service and am happy to recommend his service!!

I had a lesson on my overlocker and sewing machine with Penny today. She is so lovely. The instructions were easy and the lesson was packed with great advice. Highly recommended! Thank you so much! I'm so excited to start sewing!

My overlocker broke down at the worst possible time. Mike & Penny helped me get my machine back up and running with time to spare. The service and care they gave me was perfect in every way. I will never go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my machines.
