Our trading hours have recently changed, and will most likely look a little weird…
For quite a while now, our turn-around time for machine servicing has been 5 weeks, and we’ve struggled to find a way to reduce this long wait. We’ll be the first to say that this is a great problem for our business to have – we love that we are being entrusted with so many machines, and we want to help our customers by reducing this waiting period.
We’ve decided to change the hours of our reception (including our retail shop) to give us more time in both of our workshops, and to give more attention to Corey as she continues learning. Moving forward, our reception (including our retail shop) will now be open 9am to Noon Tuesday to Saturday.
We understand that this reduced window might be tricky for some…if these times are unsuitable for your machine drop-off and pick-up, we’re happy to find a time outside of these hours, doing this by appointment. Classes and test sewing of new sewing machines will also be available after-hours, and will also be by appointment.
As we move forward with this, we’d like to extend an enormous big thank-you to all of our customers who support our little sewing machine store, and always welcome your feedback.
