My overlocker broke down at the worst possible time. Mike & Penny helped me get my machine back up and running with time to spare. The service and care they gave me was perfect in every way. I will never go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my machines.

Every visit to Mike & Penny has been pleasant and the service outstanding. I can not thank Mike enough for his help today. I bailed him up first thing in the morning when he opened and he went out of his way to accommodate me urgently with a thread jam in my embroidery machine. Fixed it so quickly and I was on my way. Woohoo! Once again Mike and Penny have cared for my Brother sewing machine. The service was exceptional.... and the price excellent.. and best of all the machine is back sewing on my table! They even put up with hubby’s sense of humour as he does all the delivery service while I’m at work... :) Let the quilting begin :)
