My Janome Overlocker is now working beautifully!! Thank you so very much to Mike & Penny for their fabulous customer service!! I know now that any concerns I have with my machines Mike's Sewing Machine Repairs Team will be there for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I have had a problem with my machine that is on my quilting frame, penny and mike did not stop helping until it was completely solved. Even though it was not a mechanical issue they kept researching and found the solution. I am so greatful, thanks guys

Every visit to Mike & Penny has been pleasant and the service outstanding. I can not thank Mike enough for his help today. I bailed him up first thing in the morning when he opened and he went out of his way to accommodate me urgently with a thread jam in my embroidery machine. Fixed it so quickly and I was on my way. It's running like a dream again. Without Mike helping me today I would not have been able to finish some pressing projects this weekend. Very accommodating and appreciated, thank you so much

Mike has serviced & repaired my machines for over 5 years now. Mike has had extensive training straight from the machine companies and I feel there would be no problem he couldn't diagnose and fix. I have always been completely satisfied with his service and am happy to recommend his service!!
