My overlocker broke down at the worst possible time. Mike & Penny helped me get my machine back up and running with time to spare. The service and care they gave me was perfect in every way. I will never go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my machines.

Every visit to Mike & Penny has been pleasant and the service outstanding. I can not thank Mike enough for his help today. I bailed him up first thing in the morning when he opened and he went out of his way to accommodate me urgently with a thread jam in my embroidery machine. Fixed it so quickly and I was on my way.
